Kid's a killer, might as well develop the talent and have him working with/for Alejandro. IIRC, one of the other kids couldn't pull the trigger on Alejandro, but the main boy did. And if he's working for the cartels, that's helpful to Alejandro too. At the very least, he's proven himself. 11.
