Lambrook wine is about craftsmanship, friendship, family, love, passion and bringing out the best of the Adelaide Hills. Each grape variety comes from a small parcel of fruit, specifically selected for optimum growing potential. Most of our grapes are hand-picked. We use traditional methods like hand plunging and open fermentation.

Dec 4, 2022 · The Lambrook Foundation, which has close links to charities including the Royal National Children’s SpringBoard Foundation, seeks to increase bursary provision; and children work on the school’s farm as part of its sustainability curriculum. Leavers move on to leading public schools such as Wellington College, Bradfield and Eton.
