Adam Brooks (born September 3, 1956) is a Canadian film director, screenwriter, and actor. He is best known for writing and directing Definitely, Maybe (2008) and for writing screenplays for French Kiss (1995), Wimbledon (2004), and Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason (2004).

In 2006 he formed the filmmaking collective ASTRON-6 with four of his closest friends. Their films have been exhibited all over the world, most notably at The Toronto International Film Festival (2014) and The Sundance Film Festival (2019.)
