Feb 8, 2017 · Similarly, Cogeco's 40Mbps unlimited (which didn't even exist when I dropped internet) is $99/mo. I'm paying half that with Start, and again get their excellent service and support. This is a thread about Cogeco retention prices, not their advertised prices.
Sep 19, 2024 · Beware that although the branding is UltraFibe, most of Cogeco's service is still fiber to the street and cable to the house. This matters for upload speed as 50-60mbps is the max compared to the 1000 you get from fiber to the house.

Oct 20, 2021 · The op specifically inquired about COGECO's Wi-Fi pods, not the Plume super pods, which is a very similar product but not sold thru the internet providers. Cogeco just like Bell, Rogers, and I presume Telus, offers the Wi-Fi pods as a Wi-Fi coverage solution. They can have Ethernet as a backhaul or use one of the Wi-Fi radios yes.

My 2 biggest complaints about Bell is 1. no local channels (especially important in a border city like Windsor) and 2. crappy weather = crappy reception.
Jun 11, 2020 · I currently have Cogeco Ultrafibre 1Gig and was thinking of switching to Bell Fibe 1.5 Gbps and was looking for people's advice of how good Bell Fibe is or if I should just stick with Cogeco. I use internet for everything in my house like iptv, smart devices, gaming on PC, PS4, Google Stadia, iPads, cellphones, lots of devices and have 4 people always online using multiple devices.
