Sep 26, 2023 · Natwest asks me to approve the payment via the app which I used to do when I had my phone but of course, I can't do that anymore (or at least until I can afford a new phone) so I'm stuck. I've tried doing some research but the Natwest help page seems pretty useless and haven't come across any solutions when googling.
Oct 20, 2023 · Are you an existing Natwest customer with the app? You can go through the eligibility check there where it'll tell you if successful and your likely credit limit before a hard search. If you have that option - go see if you can get an indication without going all the way to a hard search - and if it's positive, definitely a case for giving them a call.

I've just telephoned their customer service centre to ask what the current status is, as all I've received so far is a letter of acknowledgement which was sent over 3 weeks ago now.
