Hello, As most of you may have heard, OnlyFans has implemented a DRM-protection system on Creators videos. DRM-protected videos are encrypted, so the extension won't be able to download them. Old videos uploaded by creators before this new feature was implemented, are not protected and can still be downloaded by the extension.

Don’t engage whoever they spent the money on and don’t delete your account until after you get a response. It took 5 days for any response but I was eventually refunded.
