GT super stock you can cross breed the engine and body of the same Mfgr. You get the HP of the engine NHRA factor and multiply by the power to weight factor to get the class and min wt.

May 16, 2013 · as a former SS owner/racer (SS/KA -JA 1987-1995) , asking a SS guy you will not get answers they are the most secretive bunch around ( other than stock guys ) , they are tighter lipped than pro stock racers ( warren Johnson would be like John force if he raced superstock the way he gives out technology ) and not to many engine shops build superstock engines , as its a time consuming build ...
Oct 8, 2015 · Same as stock ratios. Super Stock: Same casting # rule and valve sizes, but anything goes in the ports as long as they cc same as original spec. Any springs. Stock: Camshaft - if hydraulic flat tappet from factory, must stay hydraulic flat tappet, etc. Lift limited to stock specs for that engine, any duration. Super Stock: Any valvetrain.
Mar 10, 2009 · Back when I started racing in the early 70s the best bracket racers at our track were the Stock/Super Stock or other class racers. They knew their cars and had experience at the track cutting lights. They set the car up to bracket race so they could keep their skills honed racing their car regularly while having fun.
60-foot and tyre size with 2.97 first. Good evening. My car is 2200 lbs. 500Hp+. I have been through a season with varying results, and I need to change some things. I have been consistent on 1.5xx 60-foot and the best at 1.51. The rear is 4.10:1 and gears are 2.97 and 2.02 2.

I remember seeing a wheelie bar kit for 12 bolt GM axles a while back that used a bracket that sandwiched between the rear cover and the housing, with tabs sticking up and down for the wheelie bars to attach to.
