I would suggest the following solutions: - Version of Java - Make sure Java is up to date on your computer. Java update. - Browser. Using an alternate browser. - Anti-virus/anti-spyware.
Now place the browser in a small window and make sure you can see your desktop. Left click and hold the bookmark on the browser and then drag that bookmark to your desktop. It also shows you have 2 versions of Java, Remove the oldest one. see if that helps for starters. Reply. 0.

I seem to have exhausted all possibilities to recover my Club Pogo account, although I have provided them with proof of payment and the admission from Pogo that I do have that account. Umpteen advisors gave me lots of friendly "I am sorry's" but four weeks later I am still locked out of my account.
