My experience with customer service has also been good and I like their price lock guarantee. Also a killer feature of Freedom if you travel a lot is free WiFi calling internationally.

Jul 4, 2024 · I left Freedom 2 years ago because of service/network issues in Calgary and ported to Virgin Mobile (which was 100 times better than Freedom). Is Freedom any better now other than the plan costs? NW has no network.
