Although she was only a child when rock and roll changed direction in the mid to late ‘60s, she’s carried that sound and style with her throughout her career, using it as impetus for the music she’s made on her own.

    • Unconditional Love. Released as a single in 1991, it became a number sixty-five hit on the UK Singles Chart. From the album When You’re a Boy, this lyrical performance of this song seemed to reveal a more vulnerable Susanna Hoffs.
    • All I Want. In 1996, “All I Want” became a number seventy-seven hit on the US Billboard Hot 100 as a single released from the album Susanna Hoffs. It became a number thirty-two hit on the UK Singles Chart.
