Born in 1981, Kwon Ohseung studied film at the Sungkyunkwan University. After a first short film named in 2006, he joined the production team of the romcom (2007) as assistant. One of his shorts, (2011) won one of the Audience Awards at the Seoul International Agape Film Festival.
