Walter Schroeder (May 19, 1878 – July 18, 1967) was a Wisconsin hotel and insurance magnate. Early life. Schroeder's formal education ended with the eighth grade and he began working at age 14 as a clerk in the Office of the Milwaukee Register of Deeds. There he learned about mortgages, deeds, and other legal instruments related to real estate.
Grateful for the quality education he received from Canada's universities, Walter now helps deserving Canadian students on their quests for higher education. Winnipeg, Walter's former hometown, has the largest Indigenous population of any major city in Canada.
