Adam Elliot (born 2 January 1972) is an Australian stop-motion animation filmmaker based in Melbourne, Australia. His five films, both shorts and a feature, have collectively participated in over seven hundred film festivals and have received over one hundred awards, including an Academy Award for Harvie Krumpet [2] and five Annecy Cristals .
Adam Elliot. Director: Mary and Max. Grew up on a shrimp farm in southern Australia together with two brothers, one sister and two parrots. He discerned his artistic abilities at an early age and spent five years studying photography, painting, pottery etc.
