Shin-ichiro Ikebe (b. 15 September 1943, Mito, Ibaraki, Japan) is a Japanese composer. Ikebe studied composition with Tomojirō Ikenouchi, Akio Yashiro, and Akira Miyoshi at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, obtaining a master's degree in 1971.
