Walton's great film scores appear in the Forties, especially the three Shakespeare collaborations with Olivier: Henry V, Hamlet and Richard III. Nevertheless, As You Like It does contain some great moments, particularly Walton's setting of "Under the Greenwood Tree," one of his most beautiful songs.
In her book William Walton, Behind the Façade Susana, Lady Walton, lists the score of Hamlet (with a few exceptions) as one of Walton's missing scores.
