Waleed B. Ali is a film producer. Along with his brother Malik B. Ali, he is co-founder of Maljack Productions. Before entering the film production industry, Malik and Waleed owned a video equipment rental company.
The Ali brothers' first work was a 1984 documentary called Dealers in Death, which was directed by John McNaughton. Afterward, they offered McNaughton $100,000 to direct a horror film. Inspired by a 20/20 special regarding serial killer Henry Lee Lucas, McNaughton put together a movie loosely based on Lucas' actions entitled Henry: Portrait of a Se...
