When Hurricane Katrina forced the evacuation of much of New Orleans in 2005, Boudousqué and his family fled to Los Angeles, where he began to study acting. In 2013 he landed his first lead role in the independent film, Coldwater, which premiered at 2013 SXSW film festival.
