Stanley Fung Shui-fan (born June 1, 1945) is a Hong Kong actor and film director known for playing comedic roles. He was one of the Lucky Stars.

Stanley Fung co-directed the fifth film, Return of the Lucky Stars (1989), with Chu Shek-Tsan, and co-wrote it with Wong Jing. He also starred in the film alongside Richard Ng and Eric Tsang, as well as the returning Michael Miu.
Actor, director and scriptwriter Stanley Feng Tsui-Fan is a native Guangdong, born to a family that practised Cantonese Opera. He was the deputy director of Chu Yuan and regarded him a teacher. He joined the Television Broadcast Limited (TVB) as an actor in 1971.
