Juanita Horton, better known as Bessie Love (September 10, 1898 – April 26, 1986), was an American-British actress who achieved prominence playing innocent, young girls and wholesome leading ladies in silent and early sound films.
Bessie Love was an American actress who worked with D.W. Griffith and Douglas Fairbanks in the silent era, and received an Oscar nomination for The Broadway Melody (1929). She also appeared in Ragtime, Reds, and Lady Chatterley's Lover in later years.
