Phillip Troy Linger is an American actor who portrayed Mr. Everdeen in The Hunger Games film.
His part in the movie was limited, as he only appeared in a flashback that occurred when Katniss was hallucinating under the effects of tracker jacker stings, after dropping a nest of the muttations on top of the Career tributes' camp. However, his picture also appears in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 and Part 2 after Katniss retrieves it from her home in District 12.
