Jason M. Levien (born 1971) is an American sports executive. He is the CEO and managing general owner of the Major League Soccer club D.C. United and co-owner of Swansea City, a Welsh football club, and the Brisbane Bullets, an Australian basketball club. Levien is the former CEO of the NBA 's Memphis Grizzlies .
Jason Levien joined D.C. United as its managing general partner in 2012. He quickly got started on developing a new downtown best-in-class soccer specific stadium, something that the organization had been unsuccessful in its attempts at achieving for the two decades prior to his arrival.
