Bought a laptop on black friday via klarna. This was for 17k discounted from 20k. Laptop switched on 24 Dec first time and the battery was dead. Returned to Elgiganten on 25 Dec and person at the service counter was very unhelpful. Said i can send in for repair or return only. They cannot exchange even though it was on open purchase still.
