Christopher Chiyan Tin (born May 21, 1976) is an American composer of art music, often composed for film, television, and video game soundtracks. His work is primarily orchestral and choral, often with a world music influence.
Christopher has been commissioned by Washington National Opera to compose a new ending to Giacomo Puccini's great unfinished masterpiece 'Turandot'. Although home to one of the most recognizable arias in opera, "Nessun Dorma", Puccini died before he could complete the work.
