No-Bake – This Rocky Road candy doesn’t make a mess in my kitchen or heat up my house. (Some of my other favorite no bake treats are Oreo Balls, Peanut Clusters, or Rice Krispie Treats!)Treasured family recipe from my husband’s Great Grandmother. Jul 17, 2022 · Rocky road is a no-bake candy bar made with melted chocolate, marshmallows and nuts. Some recipes calls for other add-ins, but I absolutely love the combo of soft marshmallows and crunchy, toasty nuts. My recipe also includes small pieces of crushed vanilla biscuit cookies.
