It is the first feature-length drama directed by an African-American woman [3] since the 1920s and won First Prize at the Figueira da Foz International Film Festival in Portugal.
Sara, a philosophy professor, and her painter husband, Victor, face a marital crisis in a summer home. The film explores themes of logic, creativity, ecstasy, and gender roles in a hidden gem of African-American cinema.
