Synopsis. In New York City, publicist Lee Adams and reporter Mary Larkin discuss the poor box office of the play "No, No, Georgette." Later, talent agent Barney Booth, Lee and theater treasurer, Blake Walton come up with a plan to boost ticket sales. The next day Walton leaves a bag containing $10,000 in a hotel washroom.

SYNOPSIS: To prop up a dying Broadway show, a publicity man concocts a character called "Honest John" who returns to the theatre a wad of $10,000 cash which he "finds" in a bag on the sidewalk of a busy street in Manhattan. COMMENT: Included as an extra on Alpha's "Cheating Blondes" DVD, this movie came as a very pleasant surprise.
