The private, and little known, life of Miriam Alejandra Bianchi, who became an idol of the Argentinean pop song under the name of Gilda, in a film that rescues her authenticity, her charisma and claims the female empowerment of her songs.
Based on the life of the legendary Argentinian singer, the film tells the story of Gilda, a kindergarten teacher who is married and has two kids that soon discovers is unhappy and decides to follow her dreams and become a popular singer, embarking on a tumultuous journey towards fame.
