Avant-garde anti-drug PSA, Microscopic Liquid Subway to Oblivion, tries at varying degrees to be hip, but winds up tone deaf and clumsy. Yet still resoundingly weird, if also dull. Under the guise of a fun weekend, a college professor (Alex Rebar) brings home the university’s biggest heroin addict to try to cure him.

This movie, however, not only doesn't hold together as a narrative (not an unforgivable sin for one of these "head" movies), but it's also sore lacking in psychedelic freak-out scenes (aside from a few trippy sequences shot with a fish-eye lens).
