Hitman: Agent 47 is a 2015 action thriller film directed by Aleksander Bach (in his directorial debut) and written by Skip Woods (who also wrote the original 2007 Hitman film) and Michael Finch.
Agent 47 (also known as "The Hitman", "XAO47" and "Mr. 47", or simply by his birth name "47", as well as many aliases) is the titular protagonist of the Hitman series. He is a professional hitman and was the former top agent for the International Contract Agency, until he exposed agency information to the public, ending them permanently.
A 2015 action thriller starring Rupert Friend as a genetically enhanced assassin. Critics panned the film for its dull violence, product placement and hollow plot, giving it a low rating of 1.5/10.
