After following one of the girl's classmates named Carla, the police discover an underage sex trafficking ring led by Dutchman Franz Hekker and an ex-government official. The gynecologist who was performing abortions for Hekker winds up dead with his throat slashed.
A super-solid police procedural that is evenly paced and veers into Giallo in the final reel. Calling All Police Cars isn't exactly original but it cracks the shiny veneer of the professional set and delves into a prostitution ring, shady officials and two cops with entirely disparate agendas.
