Jaws 2 is a 1978 Horror, Suspense, Adventure. Like the first film, the production of Jaws 2 was troubled. The original director, John D. Hancock, proved to be unsuitable for an action film and was replaced by Szwarc.
Four years after the events of the first installment, another killer great white shark has surfaced and has started terrorizing the shores of Amity Island once again. After numerous incidents and mysterious disappearances, it is up to Chief Brody to once again take to the waters and stop the shark's reign of terror.

Despite a notable but effective change in story emphasis, Jaws 2 is a worthy successor in horror, suspense and terror to its 1975 smash progenitor.
