You can apply for University accommodation once you have firmly accepted your conditional or unconditional course offer from the University as your first choice. Your second choice is the University of Dundee. You can't apply for accommodation until you know you are definitely coming to Dundee.
Accommodation . Our accommodation is made up of around 250 self-contained flats. All bedrooms are single occupancy and come with an en suite shower room - meaning you won't have to worry about sharing a bathroom. Find out more
Compare the different facilities at Belmont, Balfour, and Heathfield. * UG (Undergraduate students); PG (Postgraduate students) ** Your offer will tell you the size of your bed. Single beds are 90cm x 190cm. Small Doubles are 120cm x 190cm. Double beds in our accommodation are 135cm x 190cm. Remember that European bed sizes are different.

The Hub student accommodation is perfectly located for students, with the University of Dundee and Abertay University just a short 5-minute walk away, so getting to lectures is quick and easy. There are also bus stops right outside with buses running every 8 minutes to St Andrews University.
