We've been approached by Spyglass Group to audit our telecom spending. Any savings realized on paper in the first year is supposed to be paid to them, and we would realize our savings after year one. My Sysadmin senses are tingling, and not in a good way.
Jun 4, 2018 · One of our controllers received an unsolicited call from SpyGlass Group and they offered to do a telecom audit for free. They would get a copy of our phone bills for the last 12 months and a copy of our phone contracts. They would get their money from recovering billing mistakes.
