Tyrone Benskin (born 29 December 1958) is an English - Canadian actor, theatre director and politician. He was elected Member of Parliament in the Jeanne-Le Ber riding, in Montreal, Quebec, in the 2011 Canadian federal election and served as an MP until 2015.

Mr. Benskin was twice elected to the post of National Vice President of ACTRA, Canada's national film and television actors union.

Tyrone Benskin. Actor and director, born December 29, 1958, in Bristol, Great Britain. He came to Canada in 1968 at the age of nine. He studied at John Abbott College and Concordia University, and has worked extensively in television (notably in the CBC series Riverdale ), film and theatre.
