Jun 14, 2024 · Overall, Arena Wars is a fun bit of sci-fi action with a dystopian twist. There should be enough brawling and violence to keep viewers watching and guessing who, if anyone, will manage to win their get-out-of-jail-free card.
“Arena Wars” pales a bit in comparison to the films it’d be most easily compared to, but it’s not that far off the mark either – I’m going with a solid three stars – it’s watchable, entertaining, and delivers what you know it will - through a flurry of fists, punches, and punch-lines that generally hit the intended target.

Michael Madsen does his best here as the co-host of the Arena Wars gameshow. For what he’s given to work with, he’s solid. He’s entertaining and seems like he’s having some fun.
