F4/EF4 Tornadoes in the United States 1950-2019. This is a list of tornadoes which have been officially or unofficially labeled as F4, EF4, IF4, or an equivalent rating.
Worldwide during the 2020s, twenty tornadoes have been rated F4/EF4/IF4. Seventeen of these tornadoes occurred in the United States, receiving EF4 ratings, one occurred in Canada, and one F4/IF4 occurred in the Czech Republic. These tornadoes have caused 136 fatalities and over 1,183 injuries.

Moderate tornado: 73-112 mph: The lower limit is the beginning of hurricane wind speed; peels surface off roofs; mobile homes pushed off foundations or overturned; moving autos pushed off the roads; attached garages may be destroyed. F2: Significant tornado: 113-157 mph: Considerable damage.
