Lysella is a barista from the planet Sargus 4. In late 2419, she helped the USS Orville rescue Navigator John LaMarr from Social Correction. In 2422, Lysella returned to the Orville and was granted asylum. She is portrayed by American actress Giorgia Whigham.
Following on from her acting debut, she won roles on a variety of TV shows including Shameless, Son of Zorn, 13 Reasons Why and The Orville. In 2017, she co-starred in the film Saving Zoë which is an adaptation to Alyson Noël's bestselling young adult novel of the same title, alongside starring sisters and actresses, Laura and Vanessa Marano.
