More. 4. Luc Besson's "The Big Blue" probably isn't for everyone. The Director's Cut that I watched is almost 3 hours long, and there is a certain level of cheesiness, and Besson's sentimentality towards the sea is almost as wide as the oceans that are portrayed. But I'll be honest, I enjoyed almost every single minute of it.
