"Cuore matto" (transl. "Crazy Heart") is a song composed by Armando Ambrosino and Totò Savio, and performed by Little Tony. The song premiered at the seventeenth Sanremo Music Festival , in which Little Tony presented the song in couple with Mario Zelinotti .
Little Tony was an emulation of Little Richard. The following year, Little Tony & His Brothers were signed by Durium Records, who released a series of covers of American rock and roll songs by them in Italy. Their hits included Lucille, Johnny B. Goode, Splish Splash and Shake Rattle and Roll.
