After you’ve entered your tracking number into Track, the results page will show you the most current information available about the location and status of your delivery. Here are some common tracking statuses and what they mean.
Our Track tool provides the latest information on the location and status of your package. We update our information as it becomes available. To get started, you’ll need one of the following: Tracking number from your receipt or package. Delivery Notice Card that you received.
Tracking packages coming to Canada. Find the latest location and status of your package using Track (if you have a tracking number). If the status doesn’t appear in Track, contact the sender and ask them to investigate with their country’s postal administration.
