  3. Nov 30, 2012 · 1,209. From: Netherlands. Gear: DM3200 IFFW. Most users won't have experience on any and all available DAWs, but most seen in this forum IMO are Cubase and ProTools. Choice of DAW should also be based on features needed and maybe previous experience or even preferred OS..

  5. Oct 7, 2023 · Hi, here Max from Italy, a proud owner of a DM4800. I mix OTB, my DAW is Cubase 5 and I am working with an old Pentium 4 3GHz and 3GB of RAM, running with WinXp. I have question: can I write an automation in the DAW (for example the volume increase and decrease of snare ch) and read the automation in the mixer and not in the DAW?
