Super Saiyan Rosé Goku Black charging his Super Black Kamehameha. In the anime, Black first revealed Super Saiyan Rosé in his battle against Vegeta, Goku, and Future Trunks. Black was assaulted by Vegeta as a Super Saiyan Blue and withstood his vicious assault before ultimately impaling him through the chest with his energy blade.
Rosé is Blue. It's the exact same transformation, only differing in appearance because of Black's nature of being a god before the transformation. Zamasu indicates as such when he sees his counterpart transform into it for the first time.
Once Gokū Black, in his Super Saiyan Rosé form, merged with his futuristic counterpart, the resulting merged Zamasu retained the transformation with a few noticeable differences. Instead of bright pink hair, Zamasu now had pure white hair that mimicked Super Saiyan Gokū's hairstyle.
