QUESTION. Just wanted to know because I haven’t been following the series since 2013. I was a HUGE obsessed Ben 10 fan when I was little. I started watching it regularly in 2008 when Alien Force was new. Alien Force was the show that got me into the series.
The reboot is weird. It’s a genuinely good show, but it’s a lot more episodic than the rest of the series and is for a different audience. By all means check it out (albeit, skip season 1) but don’t go in expecting Alien Force. It’s trying to be its own Ben 10, and for the most part I think it pulls it off well.
Ben 10 had the potential to be infinitely bigger than it became, as you said it had an amazing premise and the writers had some great ideas to expand the franchise, two examples I remember are the episode in the future with Ben 10.000 and the continuation with Alien Force.
