    • Foodyfromlondon. 174 contributions. Bracing walk in January with great views. The views were amazing. For runners, cyclists or those with prams very flat. The walk from Sandgate to Folkestone along the sea took us about 40 mins, ok on way there but v v v blustery on way back.

Sandgate a beautiful beach lovely clean water peaceful and majestic and never crowded.Well until the DFLs (DOWN FROM LONDON ) air B&B visitors hit the beach with their horrible Bluetooth Speakers. You obviously believe that you play the coolest music because you want everybody for at least 600m around to hear it.
