Essentially you descend (by elevator) to a level behind the Canadian Falls and walk tunnels carved out of the rock. A couple of stops have you looking at the falls from the side and then from BEHIND the falls. It's pretty cool but you cannot see OUT through the falls (understandable, but until you do it, you don't realize this).
