Norfolk County (/ ˈ n ɔːr f oʊ k /) is a rural single-tier municipality on the north shore of Lake Erie in Southwestern Ontario, Canada with a 2016 population of 67,490. Despite its name, it is no longer a county by definition, as all municipal services are handled by a single level of government.

Located along the beautiful shoreline of Lake Erie, Norfolk County is home to many kilometres of sandy beaches. For the best beach experience, visit one of the area’s two provincial parks. If you visit other areas, be sure to read all parking signage and be respectful of private property.
