François Chau (born October 26, 1959) is a Cambodian and American actor. He is known for his roles as Dr. Pierre Chang in ABC's Lost, Quick Kick on G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Dr. Chang in the film 21 & Over, Shredder in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, and in 2015–2018, as industrialist Jules-Pierre Mao, a recurring character in Amazon's The Expanse.

Plot – In New York Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michaelangelo are four giant and humanoid turtles, passionate for pizza and karate, forced to live underground. They have to fight against the famous criminal gang of the wicked Shredder, who stole the last container of the toxic green fluid that caused the mutation of the turtles and Splinter, their rat master, 15 years before.
Synopsis. The Turtles and the Shredder battle once again, this time for the last cannister of the ooze that created the Turtles, which Shredder wants to create an army of new mutants.
