With your credit card. Make a one-time payment or pay with your Visa or MasterCard - just log in to or register for My Account. Note: If you choose to pay by credit card, there will be a fee of 2.50% of the monthly bill amount applied by our third party vendor for each transaction. This service fee is only applied to customers who choose the credit card payment service.

Time of use pricing. If you’re a residential or small business customer who pays Time-of-Use (TOU) electricity prices, you can choose to switch to Tiered prices beginning November 1, 2020, or Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) prices, beginning June 1, 2023.
