The name of the Association shall be the B.C. Retired Principals’ and Vice-Principals’ Association, or the BCRPVPA, hereinafter known as the Association. ARTICLE 2: PURPOSES. The British Columbia Retired Principals’ and Vice-Principals’ Association (BCRPVPA) offers up to twelve $1000 bursaries to students who are continuing their education at an accredited post-secondary institution. Applicants must submit an essay, two letters of reference, and a transcript by March 31.
