Colum Eastwood (born 30 April 1983) is an Irish nationalist politician who has served as Leader of the Social Democratic and Labour Party (SDLP) since 2015. He has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Foyle since 2019, served in Northern Ireland Assembly from 2011 to 2019 and served on Derry City Council from 2005 to 2011.

Colum Eastwood is known for 47 Ronin (2013), Say Nothing (2011) and Black Medicine (2021).
During this time he directed a short film called Say Nothing, which played at a number of festivals and cemented his decision to pursue a career as a writer-director. His graduation film Here, starring Dermot Crowley and Bosco Hogan, is about to embark on its festival run.
